Delete Maidride Account and Data

This page explains how you request deletion of your Maidride account and associated data.

How to request deletion

    Open the Maidride app.

  • 2

    Go to Settings.

  • 3

    Select Delete Account.

  • 4

    Confirm deletion.

If deletion is handled by email

Send an email to support@maidride.com.

  • Use the subject Account Deletion Request.
  • Include the email or phone number used during registration.

Data deleted

  • User profile details.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number.
  • Usage and activity data.
  • Messages and stored content.

Data retained

  • Payment and transaction records.
  • Records required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Retention period

  • Deletion starts after confirmation.
  • All personal data is removed within 30 days.
  • Retained records are stored for up to 7 years.
